Yes! The canteen is open all day, so you can always grab something to eat. Bread, drinks, and a variety of toppings are available at all times, so you’ll never go hungry.
If you haven’t received your booking confirmation via SMS, contact customer service at 407 15 555 or email booking@4service.com. We’ll check your booking and send a new SMS if needed.
Key box: Use the code from your SMS and take out the key that blinks.
Keypad lock: You’ll receive either an envelope with your name and a key fob or an SMS with a link to unlock your room.
No, both towels and bedding are provided during your stay.
For longer stays, bedding is changed every 14 days.
On some camps, customer service can unlock your room through the booking system. If not, they will contact the operations manager or another staff member to assist you.
